• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.

• Responsible for planning, implementation, upgrade, migration, maintenance and support the Smart Lamppost System in Hong Kong and Lamppost Operation & Maintenance Management Information Systems.

• Gather and coordinate user’s requirements and requests on the systems.

• Follow up and investigate any systems related incidents, conduct root cause analysis and coordinate with 2nd line support for troubleshooting and bug fixing.

• Provide system improvement advices to in-house development team and 3rd party system vendors for ongoing system enhancements.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert to answer system enquiries and provide training to all end users for all systems.

• Work with Infrastructure and technical support team for troubleshooting of production issues which includes but not limited to systems, network and security problems.

• Assist ad-hoc projects.

• Overall execution of baggage handling system project, rolling stock, E&M and/or control and communication projects through liaising with client, relevant stakeholders and managing project team and subcontractors to ensure the all works are completed timely and within budget.

• Develop or assist in design/installation drawings and to plan for T&C/inspection works.

• Provide site supervision to ensure the works up to the quality standard.

• Assist troubling shoot in case of equipment failure.

• Assist in project development of new business.

• Overall execution of E&M and/or control and communication projects through liaising with relevant stakeholders and managing project team and subcontractors to ensure that all works are completed timely.

• Prepare document, material and shop drawing submissions for installation works.

• Provide site supervision to ensure the workmanship is up to the quality standard and the works carrying out is up to HSE requirements.

• Carry out T&C to the installation before completion and handover.

• Night Work will be required if involved in Railway Projects.

Reporting to the Construction Manager of the Project, the appointee will be responsible to tackle technical challenges in the delivery of this rare and exciting project, with major duties include:

• Control of project performance against budget, schedule, safety and quality.

• Coordinate with design consultant & overseas suppliers on mechanical process designs for the new incinerators and control.

• Review process design & site installation ISSUES with major overseas suppliers.

• Prepare contract submission e.g. method statement & material submission etc.

• Review of construction method & sequence, and support in resolving site constraint and problems, managing and coordinating designs to final site installations.

• Handle general clerical works such as input data, filing and scanning.

• Liaise with team to consolidate work progress to meet different project deadlines during the application process.

• Preparation of monthly/handover reports.

• Monitoring of Inventory.

• Provide other clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Overall execution of E&M and/or control and communication projects through liaising with relevant stakeholders and managing project team and subcontractors to ensure that all works are completed timely.

• Prepare document, material and shop drawing submissions for installation works.

• Provide site supervision to ensure the workmanship is up to the quality standard and the works carrying out is up to HSE requirements.

• Carry out T&C to the installation before completion and handover.

• Night Work will be required if involved in Railway Projects.

• Supervise the project team members to achieve financial and other operational performance targets.

• Monitor and control of project performance against budget, schedule, safety and quality.

• Prepare and submit relevant permit application for work commencement.

• Prepare working programme, method statement, material submission, progress report.

• Monitor and manage performance and progress of Subcontractors/Suppliers.

• Coordinate and submit work inspection form and follow up action, if any.

• Assist in resolving site conflicts and to propose collective solutions.

• Evaluate and manage Subcontractors/Suppliers’ quotations and payment applications.

• Record and report contractual disputes and variation orders.

• Liaise with Client, Subcontractors and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operation of the project.

• Attend regular meetings (e.g. progress, cost related, safety and quality etc.) with Client, Consultant and Government Authorities (e.g. RMO, Highways Department) during the contract period.

• Assist in Quality Assurance Audit both internally and externally (i.e. Internal Quality Audit, ISO 9001 etc.).
