Overall execution of E&M and/or control and communication projects through liaising with relevant stakeholders and managing project team and subcontractors to ensure that all works are completed timely.
Prepare document, material and shop drawing submissions for installation works.
Provide site supervision to ensure the workmanship is up to the quality standard and the works carrying out is up to HSE requirements.
Carry out T&C to the installation before completion and handover.
Night Work will be required if involved in Railway Projects.
Requirements
Degree or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronic/ Building Services Engineering.
Preferably be Corporate Member of HKIE or Chartered Engineer (for Manager post)
Minimum 10/7/5 years of related work experience.
Candidate with railway project management experience is preferred.
With driving license (Class 1 and 2) is preferred.
Holder of valid Construction Workers Registration Card & Green Card.
Good writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
Proficiency in office computer skills and AutoCAD.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
