Responsible for Quantity Surveying works from post-contract works.
Prepare financial data for individual project teams to review for follow-up action.
Verify and certify payment application from sub-contractors.
Perform on-site checking, measuring and inspection with clients and consultant.
Handle other duties assigned by immediate supervisor / management.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Surveying or Civil / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering.
Minimum 3 years or above relevant working experience in construction industry, preferably in electrical and mechanical projects.
Working experience in ASD SOR, power station or heavy industrial plant will be an advantage.
Holder of valid Green Card.
With driving license (Class 1 and 2) and CP / worker in confined space are preferred.
A good knowledge of office computer operations.
Knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good communication skills and problem solving skills.
